The Four Step Program:

  1. Align Your Ambitions: Discover your core values and evaluate how they align with your career aspirations.

  2. Nurture Your Nervous System: Gain insight into your nervous system and its connection to your reactions to stress, anxiety, and overwhelm.

  3. Unmask Your Mindset: Dive into the complexities that prevent a simple choice of positivity as most people struggle with limiting beliefs and self doubt.

  4. Fuel Your Body: How are you fueling? A look at how things that you put in your body can have an effect on your mental health and overall wellbeing.

Call 1: Initial Assessment

In our first session, we'll embark on a comprehensive exploration of your current life situation. We'll identify the obstacles you believe are holding you back, pinpoint the areas you'd like to work on, and collaboratively establish the goals you aim to achieve over our six-month partnership.

Call 2: Values Alignment

During the second call, I will guide you through an exercise designed to clarify your core values in life. We'll assess whether these values align with your career aspirations and explore opportunities for alignment. Aligning your values with your goals is essential for a fulfilling journey.

Call 3: Embodying Desired Essences

Building upon the insights from our second call, we'll delve into the qualities and essences you aspire to embody. We'll examine your current state and define how you'd like to feel and be.

Call 4: Stress Coping & Emotional Resilience

Our fourth session will concentrate on understanding how you manage stress. We will delve into the role of your nervous system in stress management and its direct link to feelings of anxiety and overwhelm. Through exercises, we will identify coping mechanisms and hidden emotions you may be avoiding. We'll introduce tools like breathwork, meditations, and visualizations to enhance your emotional resilience.

Call 5: Emotional Awareness & Coping

This session will extend our exploration of emotions and stress management from our previous call. We will discuss any emotions that have arisen since our last meeting and work together on developing strategies for sitting with these emotions.

Call 6: Overcoming Mindset Limitations

In our sixth session, we will shift our focus to address potential mindset limitations. We'll tackle limiting beliefs, self-doubt, and examine whether perfectionism and people-pleasing tendencies are holding you back. We will employ tools like the emotional freedom technique and somatic practices to uncover and address these obstacles.

Call 7: Nutrition & Wellness

Our seventh session will emphasize the importance of what you put into your body. We will explore how your diet affects factors such as anxiety levels, energy, and overall productivity. We'll explore things like alcohol, caffeine, sugar, protein intake, and physical activity.

Call 8-12: Customized Focus

Our remaining sessions (8-12) will be dedicated to addressing specific issues, goals, or situations that you wish to tackle. I encourage you to come prepared with particular challenges or areas of focus that you'd like to discuss and work through during these sessions.

Embodying A Sales Mindset Group Coaching

When in the business of sales, there tends to be an emphasis on fostering a positive mindset and unshakeable confidence. The reality is that the journey of becoming successful goes beyond mere mindset.

Through my extensive experience coaching countless women in direct sales, I've observed a common challenge: many are unable to simply choose positivity due to deep-seated limiting beliefs and a pervasive sense of self-doubt.

During the 3-week group coaching series "Embodying a Sales Mindset", your team will begin to recognize that in order to be successful, they must be willing to look at the deeper issues that may be holding them back from stepping into their true potential.

Once we are able to identify and become more aware of what truly drives a positive mindset, we then can embody it and reach the success we desire!

Discover Your Why with the 7 Levels Deep Method

In this first session of the "Embodying a Sales Mindset" coaching series, we will uncover the layers beneath your "why" using the 7 Levels Deep Method. Through guided introspection, you'll gain clarity on your personal "why" – the driving force that propels you towards sales success.

Overcoming Common Struggles & Belief BarriersI

In this second session, I will guide you through a transformative visualization exercise. Immerse yourself in the realm of success, envisioning every detail of your accomplishments. Following the visualization, we'll explore the thoughts, emotions, and insights that emerged.

Visualizing Success & Uncovering Insights

We all face challenges that cast doubt on our potential. In the third session of our series, we confront the common struggles that hinder us from embracing our full sales potential. From self-doubt to fear of rejection, we'll address these barriers head-on with the use of Emotional Freedom Technique.

Living my Whole Life without Alcohol 1:1 Coaching

Do you find yourself questioning your relationship with alcohol? Do you feel like drinking is impacting your emotional and physical health? You don’t need to wait for that rock bottom moment to explore how alcohol is impacting your life. Drinking plays a part in many social experiences, and the idea of not participating can feel isolating. That’s where I can help. 

I will support you as we take a closer look into why you choose to drink and explore alternatives to cope with feelings of stress and anxiety. I will help you prepare to be alcohol free in social settings, and gain a new perspective on life without alcohol. I’ll be there to keep you accountable through the first few weeks of transition to living your whole life.

  • 4 (50-minute) 1:1 coaching sessions via Zoom

  • Access to me via Voxer or What’s App during the week for daily check-ins

  • After you complete the 4 weeks, you have the option to enroll in my weekly accountability check in
